Previously the executive chef of the Coeur d’ Alene Casino and Resort and current owner of Eat Good Group featuring a wide array of Spokane's best restaurants, Hegsted gets most of his inspiration from the region, the seasons, and nostalgic foods from memory.
Hegsted has been recognized in many awards including: Star Chefs NY, The James Beard Foundation Award NW, Innovator of the Year, and FSM's Top 40 under 40.

Chandler is the creator, writer, photographer, and adventurer behind local food and lifestyle site, Spokane Eats. She's a Dallas native who has happily traded in her cowboy boots for rain boots!
Baird discovered her passion for multimedia storytelling in a whirlwind study abroad trip through Europe and Asia. She hopes to introduce 40,000-strong website and social media audience to new ideas, new food, and new brands, while sharing about ones that she loves.
